£1m Lotto jackpot unclaimed in MK

The holder of a lottery ticket worth £1million, which was bought in Milton Keynes, is yet to claim their prize.

The winning ticket is from the draw on Wednesday 15th February and relates to the 'Millionaire Raffle' section of the Lotto game. All players who purchase a Lotto ticket are automatically entered into the raffle as well as getting their usual numbers.

Players are being urged to check for the millionaire raffle number 'BLUE 6946 0642' which is worth an instant £1million. The prize must be claimed by August 14th before it is given to good causes.

Andy Carter, senior winners’ advisor at The National Lottery said: “We’re eager to find the mystery ticket-holder and unite them with their winnings – this amazing prize could really make a huge difference to somebody’s life."

“We’re urging everyone who bought a Lotto ticket in this area to check their old tickets again or look anywhere a missing ticket could be hiding."

“Try checking in the pockets of clothing, in wallets, bags and down the back of the sofa – someone out there could literally be sitting on a fortune."

“We have the champagne on ice and our fingers crossed that the lucky winner comes forward to claim their win.”

    Lost your ticket?

The National Lottery is under no obligation to pay out on any ticket that has been lost; however, there is a chance that they will consider appeals as long as they are lodged within 30 days of the relevant draw.

Claimants should be able to tell them where and when the ticket was purchased and, if possible, which numbers were played. For further assistance, please call 08459 100 000.
