The latest update tells us that 19 patients are being treated for COVID-19 at Milton Keynes Hospital, with one patient currently being treated on a ventilator bed.
The latest data, released by the government weekly, includes people admitted to MK Hospital who tested positive for COVID-19 in the 14 days prior to their hospital admission and those who tested positive in hospital after admission.
The data, which tells us how many patients are being treated in MKUH, tells us that as of Tuesday 17th August, there are 19 patients being cared for in MK Hospital, with one being treated on a ventilator.
Last week, there were 21 were reported.
This comes as 136 positive tests were recorded today, taking the total number of cases to 27,405 since the start of the pandemic.
