171 new homes planned for Milton Keynes estate

    Taylor Wimpey is hosting a second online consultation on proposals for a new residential development in Kents Hill Park, Milton Keynes.

    Plans are being proposed for 171 new homes, with a mix of two, three, four and five-bedrooms, consisting of apartments, terraced, semi-detached and detached properties in Kents Hill Park.

    31% of the planned homes will be affordable housing with an additional 25 homes to be retained by the Local Authority for use as rental properties.

    The proposals also include details of green open spaces and a new retail outlet.

    Following the first consultation in July, the housing developer, Taylor Wimpey, has developed more detailed plans and has extended the public consultation period until Sunday 28th August.

    During this time, visitors to the consultation website can view the plans and provide feedback before a reserved matters planning application is submitted to Milton Keynes Council in Autumn 2022.
