16 patients currently being treated in Milton Keynes Hospital for coronavirus- according to latest data

    The latest update tells us that 16 patients are being treated for COVID-19 at Milton Keynes Hospital, with 1 patient currently being treated on a ventilator bed.

    The latest data, released by the government weekly, includes people admitted to MK Hospital who tested positive for COVID-19 in the 14 days prior to their hospital admission and those who tested positive in hospital after admission.

    The data, which tells us how many patients are being treated in MKUH, tells us that as of Tuesday 3rd August, there are 16 patients with 1 of them being treated on a ventilator.

    Last week, there were 30 patients reported by data.

    This comes as 123 positive tests were recorded today, taking the total number of cases to 25,800 since the start of the pandemic.

    All coronavirus data is provided by the government and NHS, no further information is provided on age, gender or vaccination status.
