146 coronavirus cases and three hospital deaths announced in Milton Keynes today

There were 146 new coronavirus cases and three hospital deaths announced in Milton Keynes today, according to the latest data.

The latest update brings the total number of people tested positive in Milton Keynes since the start of the pandemic to 17,215 - of which 1,095 were in the past seven days.

The 7-day case rate in Milton Keynes has fallen today from 470.6 cases per 100,000 people yesterday to 452 cases per 100,000 people today.

Nationally, an additional 28,860 people tested positive for the virus and 1,239 sadly died within 28 days of a positive test.

Three hospital deaths were announced in Milton Keynes today. One took place on 26th Jan, and two on 27th Jan.

7,447,199 people have now had their first dose of the coronavirus vaccine nationally.
