Diners visiting Hotel La Tour will spot some changes at its top-floor Sky Bar & Lounge, where new furniture has been introduced alongside a newly launched à la carte menu.
The update at Fourteen Sky Bar & Restaurant aims to make the space feel more relaxed and comfortable, with new seating and layout tweaks added while keeping the panoramic views across Milton Keynes.
As well as the interior refresh, the venue has introduced a new menu for February 2026, featuring a mix of modern British dishes and international influences.
Starters on the menu include options such as watercress, leek and pea velouté, a sriracha-spiced prawn cocktail with mango salsa, warm brie in an almond crumb with hot honey, and venison, pork and pancetta terrine.
Main courses range from a pork tomahawk with mustard and sage butter to chicken roulade with mozzarella and prosciutto, pan-seared tuna on a warm Niçoise salad, and grilled seabass with saffron potatoes. There are also vegetarian and vegan dishes including a mushroom and mascarpone tart and Korean BBQ-glazed tempura vegetables.
The menu also features sharing options such as saddle of lamb, along with steaks, burgers and a selection of sides.
Hotel La Tour says the changes are part of ongoing efforts to keep the Sky Bar & Lounge offering fresh for both hotel guests and local visitors looking for somewhere to eat or drink in the city.
