Milton Keynes company is new associate of MK Breakers

redrose.digital joins basketball stars as official marketing partner.

A Milton Keynes digital marketing specialist has been named official marketing partner of MK Breakers, the city’s premier basketball club and the UK’s fastest-growing basketball community.

redrose.digital, of Grafton Gate, made the announcement at a recent Meet of MK networking event hosted by The Italian Sul Lago restaurant in Furzton.

More than 150 business leaders from across Milton Keynes attended the evening event, which focused on local business connections and the celebration of Milton Keynes and its attractions.

redrose.digital used the event to share its future plans with the basketball club. The marketing agency will step in as MK Breakers’ fractional Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), supporting the club in its new role as a founder member of the new British Championship Basketball league.

The partnership will provide long-term, hands-on support across all marketing-related aspects, including strategy, communications, and campaign delivery. redrose.digital plans to direct the bulk of its digital marketing expertise towards fundraising, promotional planning and audits of existing material, as well as leasing with the new league as it establishes itself on the British basketball landscape.

MK Breakers continue to contribute to the local communities. Through the club's charity arm, the MK Breakers Community Foundation, the club provides coaching to over 1000 children each week through community basketball sessions, as well as coaching in another 40 city schools.

Additionally, the men’s senior players regularly visit local schools to educate children about the benefits of sport, activity, and healthy eating.

“We’re delighted to be working with a high-profile client like the MK Breakers and to contribute to the health and well-being of children from all backgrounds,” said David Dakramendjian, founder of redrose.digital.

“By acting as a fractional CMO, we aim to support the club’s growth and help them not only continue their impactful work in the local community but also assist them with continuing their journey on becoming not only MK’s leading basketball club, but one of the UK’s premier basketball associations.”

The partnership reflects a strong local alignment. Both organisations are MKFM Business Members and share values rooted in community health, access to opportunity, and supporting regional infrastructure.

“A big part of the Breakers' values and philosophies is to work with and support local MK businesses, and we are delighted to partner with redrose as we continue to develop and grow here in our city,” said Peter Taylor, founder and chair of the MK Breakers.

“This partnership has been established to do exactly that: encourage local businesses to collaborate to support the Milton Keynes community. At its core, the collaboration aims to incentivise more children to stay active and encourage local participation, all while supporting an MK-based organisation.”
