This one’s a bit personal…
When I was younger, my family ran a successful Chinese restaurant — it was our everything
But after a series of tough events, we lost it all. Bankruptcy hit, and we ended up sleeping in our car until the council could house us. From having everything to almost nothing — it’s something I’ll never forget.
That’s why homelessness hits home for me.
And right now, it’s rising fast here in Milton Keynes.
So this year, I’m taking part in the CEO Sleepout — spending one freezing night outdoors to raise funds for incredible local charities:
