LionHart Mortgages & Protection is delighted to announce that, due to continued growth, two new members have joined the team: Samantha Knight and Lynsey Archer.
Samantha Knight brings over 20 years of experience as an Advisor. In her role as Mortgage Adviser & Loyal Client Manager, she will primarily support existing customers with their re-mortgage needs, ensuring clients continue to receive the high level of service LionHart is known for.
Once Sam sets her sights on a goal, very little can persuade her otherwise. She has focused specifically on re-mortgages for over ten years, during which time she led and managed a specialist team, demonstrating drive, expertise, and leadership.
Her determination extends beyond the office. Sam has successfully curated a women’s touch rugby team that has grown to 40 players and, this year, finished an impressive 4th place in the International League. She is a proud advocate for the empowerment of women both in and out of the workplace, and LionHart is thrilled to welcome her to the team.
Lynsey Archer joins LionHart with a strong background in the mortgage field and extensive industry knowledge. Having previously worked as an Advisor, she stepped back from the role to focus on her two boys. Upon returning to work, Lynsey chose a position supporting a team of Advisors, allowing her to remain closely involved in advising while balancing family life. In this role, she maintained client contact and stayed hands-on with research, successfully combining a fulfilling career with being present for her children.
Lynsey joins LionHart in a supportive role assisting business owner Charles Hart, helping to ensure the smooth running of client relationships. Together, they are expected to form a true dream team.

We’re seeking a confident, bubbly and organised individual to join our Milton Keynes team in a full-time, permanent role. You’ll be the first point of contact for new enquiries, supporting clients from start to finish alongside our mortgage and protection brokers.
Excellent customer service, a professional phone manner, and strong organisation skills are essential, including managing client records and completing fact finds. Experience in mortgages, conveyancing, protection or estate agency is beneficial but not required.
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm
(Hybrid role with Monday & Friday Working from home with Tuesday -Wednesday-Thursday office based)
