A new era of fitness arrives with the fusion of strength training and pilates in Milton Keynes

Powerlines, a strength-training and pilates fusion created by PT and fitness expert Kristina Perestegi, officially launched at an exclusive event inside Harrods Beauty in Milton Keynes, in partnership with Trinny London.

The sold-out event brought together women for a truly immersive experience - one that went beyond surface-level wellness. In the calm of Harrods' private beauty room, guests were guided through a Powerlines session, carefully instructed by Kristina herself. The experience was designed not just to activate the body, but to ground, strengthen and reconnect.

Following the session, Trinny London hosted a hands-on makeup demonstration, giving guests an inside look at the beauty brand’s signature approach to fresh, confident skin.

“The energy in the room was incredible,” said Kristina. “Powerlines™ isn’t about performance - it’s about creating sustainable strength that supports real women, in real life. And to bring that to life in a space like Harrods, with a brand like Trinny London alongside us, was something really special.”
This launch marks more than just a one-off event. It's a sign of what's coming.

In 2026, Powerlines will officially land online and in Milton Keynes - not as a trend, but as a new standard for women’s strength. Blending precision, pace, and deep physical support, Powerlines™ is redefining what it means to train well - with a method that supports the nervous system, not just the physique.

MKFM listeners can expect to hear more in the months ahead as Kristina brings her full vision to life locally - with community events, expert-led sessions, and a full rollout designed to meet modern women where they are.
