MK Soapbox Derby
The Milton Keynes' Soapbox Derby has been created in partnership with Milton Keynes Council, Ringway and MK21, all in aid of Willen Hospice.
You and your team will be racing down Midsummer Boulevard/Saxon Gate in Central Milton Keynes. Taking place on Saturday 16th June 2018, the derby is split into three thrilling races, down a 100m or 200m course, filled with challenging obstacles. There are Junior, Senior and Elite (Companies & Business) Races.
Turn up on the day for a day of spectating, racing, and summer delights! Expect to see an appearance from Santa Pod with some of their special cars, food vendors available selling snacks and more, and the chance to try out a soapbox even if you haven't built one yourself!
100% of all proceeds raised are being donated to Willen Hospice, Milton Keynes (Registered Charity No. 270194).
There'll be various road closures in the centre of MK due to this event, you can find details here.
