The Yoga4Health evidence-based programme was commissioned by the NHS and created by the Yoga in Healthcare Alliance. It fuses the wisdom of ancient practices with modern medical science. The programme’s benefits have been validated by Westminster University. Yoga4Health classes are inclusive and secular and do not promote any religious position.
We are the first Yoga4Health facilitator who successfully brought the protocol to Milton Keynes residents. The 10-weeks course starts on January, the 14th 2025 with classes taking place at West Bletchley Community Centre. With the support of the NHS and the council, we are able to offer the course at a fraction of the price: £30 for 10 weeks including 10 weekly in-person classes, online resources and tutor's support. With the equivalent of a cost of a take-away coffee (£3 per person per class) you could embark on a life-changing journey of yoga.
Make commitment to your wellbeing and health in the New Year!
About the teacher:
Joanna is an independent certified RYS 200h Yoga Teacher, Mental Health First Aider and the PCI-accredited yoga protocol Yoga4Health facilitator. She is promoting Yoga for Mental Health as a complementary or alternative therapy in which students learn self-regulation tools through weekly classes and community events.
