Yoga is fantastic for guys. It builds strength, improves flexibility and enhances balance. Plus, we build in a little bit of time for mindfulness and relaxation to reduce stress and improve sleep.
But - it can feel an intimidating thing to start in unfamiliar environment.
This specific Yoga for Men class, taught by David Ellard - a Yoga Teacher, Personal Trainer and 4th Degree Aikido Black Belt, is designed to give gents an introduction to the wonderful world of yoga.
