Come and join The Parks Trust for their monthly Women's Walking Network walks. It's a fantastic way to discover Milton Keynes' hidden gems whilst encouraging women to come together, keep fit, and make new friends!

Everyone meets on the first Thursday of every month. Each month starts in a different park, exploring routes around some of Milton Keynes' beautiful green spaces, including Howe Park Wood, Great Linford Manor Park and Floodplain Forest Nature Reserve as examples.

Their walks are entirely free and usually cover distances of up to 4-5 miles, taking about 2 hours to complete. These walks are designed for adults and completed at a brisk pace.
