Join The Parks Trust for free monthly walks for women, exploring Milton Keynes' green spaces, and promoting fitness, friendship, and discovery.

Everyone meets on the first Thursday of every month. Each month starts in a different park, exploring routes around some of Milton Keynes' beautiful green spaces, including Howe Park Wood, Great Linford Manor Park and Floodplain Forest Nature Reserve as examples.
Their walks are entirely free and usually cover distances of up to 4-5 miles, taking about 2 hours to complete. These walks are designed for adults and completed at a brisk pace.
