Walking football is a popular and growing sport. As well as increasing fitness levels, emotional health gets a great boost too, not least self confidence.

These sessions started in late April of this year in partnership with the Rowans Children's Centre and have become a popular weekly session in the area. On average we get between 8-10 attendees each week.
All ages and abilities are encouraged, everyone is welcome. It's great socially and a fun way to meet new people and make new friends.
All of the sessions are fun based.
You don't have to book, you're welcome to come down to see what we're all about at any time and do as much or as little as you feel comfortable.
Afterwards we have refreshments down at the Rowans Children's Centre,
