More Information (MKFM is not responsible for external websites)
Members of MK Natural History Society have been studying moths and other insects at Westbury for the past decade. Moth traps will be set up in the grounds overnight and in the morning we will look at the contents of these traps, identifying the diverse moth species - together with other nocturnal insects - which find their way into them. We will discuss the incredible variety of UK moths, their natural history and what makes Westbury such a good site for them.
WHO IS THIS WORKSHOP SUITABLE FOR:
- Adults or children
- Children under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult. - Children and adults need a valid ticket.
- Please note that regrettably wheelchair access is difficult in the gardens at Westbury. We are sorry and hope to be able to invest in more suitable pathways in the future.
