The Hub is accessible - there is no need to book, no referrals, and no thresholds - simply just drop-in.
The Hub has a variety of opportunities - information, advice and guidance, activities, support with referrals, signposting, coping skills toolkits and much more.
The Hub is designed to be youth-friendly, welcoming, person-centred, stigma-free and has friendly staff on hand for one-to-ones and small group conversations and activities.
The service is provided by You Mental CIC. You Mental is a non-profit community interest company that provides everyone in MK with access to high-quality, person-centred early intervention and prevention mental health and wellbeing support.
