Channel 5's UK's Strongest Man takes place over 3 action packed, truck-pulling, muscle-busting days - and it's a Bank Holiday weekend! Come and enjoy the ultimate day out. Kid's entertainment and challenges, great food and drink, and much more!
Saturday 23rd May - The Quarter Finals!
16 Men compete in a dramatic day of elimination.
Sunday 24th May - The Semi Finals !
12 men battle it out for a place in Monday's Final
Monday 25th May - The Final
8 Finalists fight it out over 5 gruelling events to be crowned UK's Strongest Man.
