We’re all going on a teddy bear hunt… and this year it’s on safari!
Between 4 – 18 April, 20 teddy bears will be hiding around Willen Lake and nearby areas (within walking distance) and your mission is to find them!
You will be sent a list of clues to help you find each teddy, as well as fun trivia questions. The entire route is just over three miles and can be completed all at once, or over a few days.
When you register, you will be emailed a pack that includes a children’s sponsorship form, fundraising ideas, a children’s colouring-in sheet, and a recipe for safari cake pops.
On the first day of the hunt (Monday 4 April), we will send you the clues and answer sheet. You can print this off and take it with you, or it can be completed on a smartphone using the link provided in the email.
Parking
The hunt starts from Willen Lake North Bay Car Park (by Splash ‘n’ Play, MK15 0DT). There is a charge to use this car park payable on exit, but there are free parking options nearby.
Cost
It is £10 per family to play, which includes one entry into our free prize draw where you can win this sweet hamper and cuddly teddy bear. The winner will be notified on 25 April.*
We need you more than ever...
Willen Hospice provides free, compassionate care to local people at the end of their lives, or with life-limiting conditions. Our care is personalised, holistic and includes everyone, not just the patients. To do this, we need to raise £4.7 million every year. By taking part in events like our Teddy Bear Hunt, you can help us to always be there to care.
Thank you.
