Join fellow runners at MK: Museum on Sunday 2nd March at 10am for a run through the scenic Ouse Valley area.
Parks & Run is a fantastic way to explore the parks of Milton Keynes, improve your physical and mental health, and connect with other like-minded runners. Each event offers short, medium, and long-distance route options, so there's something for everyone. The Trust's friendly volunteer leaders will give a pre-run briefing and check you in once you finish.

There are no public toilets or refreshments at this location, so please bring your own drink.
This self-guided event offers three different distances: 3km, 6km, and 10km, and routes are fully marked for you to follow - find the routes on the event webpage. The routes may vary depending on weather conditions, so please pay attention to the pre-run briefing. You’ll be running alongside others, making it a supportive and fun environment for all ages and abilities.
Each month, the run takes place at a different park, giving you the chance to discover the many green spaces in Milton Keynes.
Important:
Participants should wear appropriate clothing and footwear for the weather and terrain.
Under-16s must be accompanied by an adult.
