We are a lovely group of all ages, supporting and helping each other with Narcolepsy/ Idiopathic Hypersomnia. We know it can be daunting attending for the first time, once you join us though, you'll wonder why you left it so long. You are definitely not the only one and it would be lovely to meet you.
