Men's Meet Up; Brothers Circle

Special Guest Shon Ross will be joining us for the February Circle, He will be delivering a beautiful Drum and Gong experience.


Holding space for each other is an incredible experience.


Who is it for????

The Brothers circle is for any male who would like to come along.

Have you been searching for that brother connection, that is not associated around drinking or unhealthy / toxic friendships????
There are no 'types' of people, all we ask is that you arrive with an open heart and mind. Allow yourself to be your true authentic self and hold no judgement or expectations on yourself or others


How does it work???

At the nest we are working on providing a safe and peaceful environment for men to come together, allow yourselves to break all the stigmas around men, to allow vulnerability and know you will be held.

The evening will start with and opening meditation, meet each other, some powerful breathwork and a sharing circle


What is a sharing circle??

It is a space that is created where we hold space for each other, everyone shares with no response from anyone, no need to fix, no need to have an opinion. It is simply about 'JUST BEING HEARD' SOMETHING A LOT OF MEN DON'T GET

Who will facilitate the circle??
Kayleigh will be the facilitator and will guide the Meditation and the Breathwork, the rest is everyone's contribution.
Kayleigh has done an extensive amount of work on herself, reflection on her past behaviours, traits and has researched the differences between Men and Women, this has allowed her to have a deeper understanding and is now a popular space holder for Men to be heard, supported and guided.
