More Information (MKFM is not responsible for external websites)
You can take part in as many activities as you wish but to secure your space in classes book a free ticket and send a message to the organiser with a selection of your choices for the day. Once we check you in, you will be ready to go - grab your yoga matt, reusable water bottle, picnic (optional) and join us for the yoga retreat day!
Over a dozen of local yoga teachers, coaches and holistic practitioners collaborated together to bring this event to local residents for free. We welcome donations as they enable the organiser to cover essential costs, promote the event and carry on organising similar events in the future. Don't be shy and reach out before, during, or after the event. We are all very passionate about what we do, and want to hear from other like-minded and curious people.
We are raising awareness about how yoga and similar activities can support our Mental Health. Join the conversation on social media #yogaandmentalhealth and spread the word about the event to help us reach as many people as possible!
