For International Women's Day, Bletchley Park is celebrating the often unsung women who worked in intelligence during World War 2. From MI6 to SOE, women could be found on the front line and behind the scenes. Join Dr Sarah-Louise Miller, Dr Claire Hubbard-Hall, Dr Kate Vigurs and Krystel Von Kumberg as they reveal often hidden stories.

As part of the day, there will be a session with two Veterans of Bletchley Park - Betty Webb MBE and Ruth Bourne (subject to their health and well-being on the day). As members of the ATS and WRNS respectively, Betty and Ruth’s work during the 1940s played a crucial role in the Intelligence operation that flourished at Bletchley Park. In this session, they will share their memories and answer questions from the audience about their experiences of being part of one of Britain’s best-kept wartime secrets.
