Yoga State of Mind invites you to create good habits over Summer and spend some time outdoors. Classes are free but donations are welcome!

Classes will take place on the following days*
Friday 9 August 1:30-2:15
Friday 16 August 1:30-2:15
Friday 23 August 1:30-2:15
Friday 30 August 1:30-2:15
Additional classes in September, depending on demand
*In case of rain, the class will be cancelled
Classes:
45 minutes class with breathing exercises, yoga poses, Sun Salutations and meditation

About the organiser:
Joanna is a 200h Yoga Alliance certified yoga teacher, Mental Health First Aider, aspiring yoga therapist and the organiser of International Yoga Day event in MK. She’s offering classes for free to remove any barriers to join, however, donations are welcome. All proceeds go towards promotion of future free events for the local community.
