On January 2nd Fierce Gym will be holding an open day where you can come and train for FREE
Not only that on there will be a DJ in the gym all day to help motivate you through your workouts, plus giveaways throughout the day.
Fierce is Milton Keynes’ largest independent gym with a member base ranging from 16 to 77 year olds and fitness interests from general fitness to competitive bodybuilders, powerlifters, cross fitters and strongmen we have something for everyone and are excited to help the residents of Milton Keynes hit finally hit their fitness goals in 2022.
Stepping through the door of a gym can be quite hard for some people and we recognise this but our team are super friendly and make everyone feel welcome with a free PT session when you join up and lots of classes including ladies lifting club and bootcamps we make sure you feel comfortable and confident in the gym environment.
As an independent gym we are interested in your personal Fitness and wellness journey and are here to help however we can so pop down on the 2nd meet the team and marvel at and play with our high end and diverse range of equipment from Dumbbells that start at 1kg and go up to 105kg to a moving climbing wall, a huge amount of plate loaded equipment, Atlas stones ranging from 20kg to 200kg plus our range of cardio equipment we even have a car in the gym for you to try and lift or maybe you would like to just try one of our classes such core & flexibility or skipping.
Whatever your interests, 2022 is your year to start, improve and smash your Health and Fitness goals and we are excited to take the journey with you.
No need to pre-book, just arrive at the gym ready to train on Sunday 2nd January 2022, we’ll be here ready to help from 07:00 – 18:00
