Medea was a princess of Colchis, a far away land who assisted and murdered for Jason to help him steal the Golden Fleece and who became his wife.
She is an outsider and powerful sorceress who with the help of the Goddess Hecate plans a series of murderous acts that not only destroy the lives of Corinth but will fulfill her desire for revenge and her plans to ensure Jason suffers the worst fate of all
