A residential fitness bootcamp retreat based 25 mins from Mk in the rural countryside of Bedfordshire, kickstart your health and well-being. Our team at BMR will help support and guide you into taking personal responsibility with your fitness. Our trainers, nutritionists, chef and coaches will be on hand to answer any questions you may have. You can stay in one of our amazing cottages, take a morning walk join in boxing HITT, circuits, yoga and join in team games while having fun, you can also take a dip in the hot tub and have at least 8 hours of decent sleep.
