Come and try the world's only sport designed for mixed teams! All men and women of all abilities welcome (16+) whether or not you've played before

From beginners to experienced players, any fitness level, any age (16+) are invited and very welcome to our training sessions with our friendly "MK Lakers" team! We'll teach you the rules if you haven't played before, it has some similarities to basketball and netball but its own unique rules. We often go for a drink after training too!
