I've tried to rationalise and empathise with various traumas, to help give a clearer path forward, a bit like cleaning a car windscreen of ice. The beauty, of making Youtube videos is they actually become a forum, where people can express their own views and experiences, sharing their wisdom with the world. While first, having to rationalise, what their thoughts are, rather than burying them.
