The popular free Art in the Park festival is returning to MK this May with a coronation celebration.
The Art in the Park, coronation celebration festival will take place on 13th of May at Campbell Park, Milton Keynes.
Residents are invited to enjoy cultural music, international artists, visual arts, workshops, a 'Parade of Colours', funfair and delicious food from MK's different communities.
The event is also part of the King Charles lll coronation ceremony festivities, taking place a week after the royal celebrations.
The theme for this year's Art in the Park is 'Roots and Foundations', focused on cultural heritage, the environment, and climate change.
The free annual event is set up by Milton Keynes Islamic Arts and Culture (MKIAC), a registered charity which covers a broad spectrum of inclusive arts-based events throughout the year.
The charity aims to use the arts as a vehicle to overcome societal divisions and provide a sense of community in Milton Keynes.
