Football team in Milton Keynes scores big with sponsorship from care company

Local home care company, Home Instead Milton Keynes, has announced it is the new sponsor for Deanshanger Colts & Girls Football Club’s under 9’s team.

When Home Instead found out that Deanshanger Colts & Girls Football Club was looking for someone to sponsor its under 9’s team, the company says it was an 'easy decision'.

With new kits and smiles on their faces, the team is underway with the 2023/24 football season, and the partnership with Home Instead is thriving.

In a combined effort to do their bit for the local area, Home Instead Milton Keynes and Deanshanger Colts & Girls Football Club played a vital role in assisting the achievement of the Guiness World Record for ‘The Longest Line of Food Cans in the World’ in support of Milton Keynes Food Bank.

The record was broken with a staggering 102,477 cans of food arranged precisely around Campbell Park, with 372 of the cans collected and arranged by Home Instead Milton Keynes and Deanshanger Colts & Girls Football Club.

This impressive display was not just a world record; it was a symbol of the community’s determination to make a positive impact.

Commenting on the sponsorship, owner of Home Instead Milton Keynes, Susan Prosky, said, “They are a fantastic club willing to get involved in anything! We are already thinking of other ways to join forces with the club for community and charitable events.

“I am excited to see what the future holds for the sponsorship and wish the team luck for the rest of the season.”
