Children can get moving at Milton Keynes shopping centre with FREE taster sessions this weekend

    Children can explore dance, martial arts, parkour and more, with demonstrations and FREE taster sessions across the weekend.

    This Easter you can find your sport with MK Movers, at Midsummer Place. 

    The event is running 15th and 16th April and there is no need to book, you can just come along and join in the fun in The Boulevard!

    Midsummer Place has some great organisations bringing this event, who together work as MK Movers. MK Movers are a group of local sports clubs and lilike-minded organisations focused on making sport more accessible to the people of our city.

    The organisations involved include:

    Safari Health Hub - a welcoming and supportive community, providing a wide range of fitness classes including Ninja Clubs, Muay Thai, MMA and Strength training.

    Paramount Parkour - Paramount parkour was the first parkour-specific gym in the UK founded by Ninja Warrior Ruel DaCosta.

    UDOIT Dance Foundation - The UDOIT Dance Foundation is passionate to inspire, engage and empower through the power of street dance, participants are at the heart of what they deliver.

    5 ON IT - The 5 On It Foundation provides life-altering programmes using professional role models in sport and music to deliver a range of engaging activities in team sports and creative arts.

    All People Active - All People Active provides a mix of free and affordable sport programmes for all ages to help improve physical, mental and emotional health in order to enhance quality of life.
