Big Street Eat returns to Milton Keynes this weekend

    Bletchley Big Street Eat is a completely free event hosted by Bletchley and Fenny Stratford Town Council.

    This free to attend family event aims to celebrate the wonderful array of cultures and communities within Bletchley and Fenny Stratford.

    After the success of last year, it is back and with some brilliant new features in the heart of Bletchley on Saturday 29th July from 12 noon to 6pm.

    Spanning the length of Queensway,you'll find the main stage and semi-covered seating area with lots to do on Stanier Square.

    Celebrate wonderful achievements of local residents and volunteers with the Pride of Bletchley & Fenny Stratford Awards
    being presented to the deserving winners on the day.

    Come along to enjoy delicious food and drink, amazing live performances and handmade goods from around the world.

    Spend time enjoying delights from one of the many stalls while being entertained by performers.

    The street parade is even bigger this year and will walk the length of Queensway twice in the day. Lead by a traditional dhol drummer, it will also feature Gwynhaff the dragon.

    Along side other musicians, singers,dancers, local performers and groups from across the area.For the first time in Bletchley and Fenny Stratford Town Council events there will be a certified British Sign Language interpreter.

    This year's theme is Art, giving visitors a chance to create and express themselves as a community.
    There is also lots to do for the younger members of the community in the dedicated Kids Village at the bottom end of Queensway in Elizabeth Square.
