Four MK College students from one year turn pro with the Dons

A hat trick plus one of MK College students from a single year group have been awarded professional contracts with MK Dons Football Club.

Dylan Asonganyi put his pen to paper twelve months ago and has now been joined by his classmates, Jay Bird, Charlie Pattison and Matthew Sorinola.  All are eighteen years old and study at MK College for a BTEC in Sport as part of their work with the Dons Academy.

Course Team Leader at the College, Nathan Flynn, says, “It’s wonderful that the club puts its trust in us to help with the education of Academy players.  We’re always very proud when they get the chance to turn professional and this is big moment in all of their lives.”

The quarter are following in the footsteps of Spurs and England star, Dele Ali, who followed a similar path from the College some years ago.
