Yet another weather warning has been issued for snow across Milton Keynes

It seems that MKFM is publishing an article every week saying that it is expected to snow, well here's another one!

Last weekend, Milton Keynes saw just a light dusting of snow which covered the tops of houses and cars. This was despite The Met Office's warning of heavy snow lasting a couple of days.

It was the first glimpse of snowfall that the city had seen this winter, which was minuscule compared to other parts of the country.

And now, according to The Met Office, we could potentially be seeing some more - but don't hold us to it.

The weather forecast says that Milton Keynes should expect to see cloudy skies tomorrow (23/1) switching to light snow by lunchtime.

There is also a yellow warning in place for the region due to expected snow and ice. This will last from 3am to 6pm on Sunday (23/1).

The Met Office warns that there will "probably" be some icy patches on some untreated roads, pavements and cycle paths. Roads and railways are "likely" to be affected with longer journey times by road, bus and train services with the potential for some roads to become blocked on higher level routes.
