Wednesday's Coronavirus Update: Two new cases and no new deaths in Milton Keynes reported today

    There has been two new coronavirus cases reported in Milton Keynes today but no new deaths, following the release of the latest data by Public Health England and NHS England.

    It means the number of coronavirus cases in Milton Keynes has increased to 855 - with the most recent positive case being recorded on 5th July.

    Of the two new cases reported today, one has a specimen date of July 5th and one has a date of 4th July.

    The news follows an additional four new cases reported in Milton Keynes yesterday.

    Meanwhile, the number of coronavirus deaths at Milton Keynes Hospital remains at 104 - with the date for the most recent reported death being 4th July.

    Nationally, there have been an additional 630 cases of coronavirus recorded today - bringing the UK total to 286,979.

    There are an additional 126 deaths across all settings in the UK recorded today - bringing the UK total to 44,517.

    Testing data at a national and local level now includes data from both 'Pillar 1' (Hospital Tests) and 'Pillar 2' (Drive-Through and Home Test Kits).
