UK's Strongest Kid competition coming to Milton Keynes

    Children have the chance to be a strength athlete for the day as The UK’s Strongest Kid challenge is coming Midsummer Place Shopping Centre in Milton Keynes on Sunday May 1st.

    The Fierce Gym's UKs Strongest Kid competition will be running from 11am-3pm inside the main entrance of the mall. And UK’s Strongest Man Gavin Bilton will be there for photo and autograph opportunities as well as to cheer the children on.

    The fun event will be open to children of all sizes and abilities, and is free to enter.

    Parents/Carers turn up on the day anytime between 11am and 3pm, register your child and let them take part! There will be four age groups: 4-6 Years, 7-9 Years, 10-12 Years, 13-16 years.

    Every child taking part will receive a UK’s Strongest Kid certificate.

    The best times in each boys and girls age group win family tickets to the UK’s Strongest Man taking place at Stadium MK from 3rd-5th June.

    Children will take on 3 strongman challenges – a Sack Carry,  followed by a dumbbell press with each arm and finally ‘The Atlas Stone’ where a medicine ball must be lifted onto a keg. All weights are age appropriate with full supervision.
