Thames Valley Police charge another man in connection with murder

    Thames Valley Police have charged a fourth man in connection with the Great Linford murder on Saturday morning.

    Prashanth Thevarasa, aged 23, of Farrier place, Downs Barn, Milton Keynes, was charged yesterday with one count of murder.

    The charge is in connection with an incident in St Leger Drive, Great Linford, between late on Friday and around 4am on Saturday in which attending officers located the body of 32-year-old Suren Sivananthan, who was deceased.

    Thevarasa was remanded in custody to appear at Milton Keynes Magistrates’ Court today.

    An MKFM listener reported that the house in Downs Barn has been guarded by Police for a few days with forensic officers at the scene. Police had not commented on what was happening at the property until this morning.

    Four people have now been arrested including Gnanachandran Balachandran (age 37) of The Fleet in Springfield (Milton Keynes), Kiroraj Yogarajah (age 30) of Dunthorne Way in Grange Farm (Milton Keynes) and a 17-year-old boy from Croydon who can't be named for legal reasons, these suspects were all arrested on Saturday and each charged today with one count of murder.
