Thames Valley Police conduct speed enforcement checks across Milton Keynes

Yesterday afternoon (20/05), Thames Valley Police officers conducted a number of speed enforcement checks across the Milton Keynes North rural areas.

In a statement released on social media, Thames Valley Police said: "Yesterday afternoon SC 8269 Ouellette and SC 8384 Mottram conducted speed enforcement across the Milton Keynes North rural areas.

"Of the 86 vehicles monitored across a number of villages, two were reported for speeding and a third issued a ticked for a non-compliant number plate.

"Following this SC Ouellette, SC Mottram and PS 6187 Pearce conducted a foot patrol in Olney to address ASB and provide reassurance. It was great to see members of the community supporting local businesses and enjoying a game of rugby!

"Sadly the team then received reports of ASB from vehicle noise on the H3 up to Chichley Hill, Officers from Milton Keynes North Neighbourhood team deployed to the area and issued Fixed Penalty notices to enforce the PSPO."
