Temporary lights erected on Milton Keynes high street after manhole collapse

    From today (17/03), a set of temporary traffic lights will put up in High Street, Olney due to road repairs being carried out after a manhole collapsed.

    On their official Facebook page, Milton Keynes Council posted: "From 4:30pm today there will be temporary traffic lights [in High Street, Olney] as we attend to an emergency.

    "A collapsed manhole was discovered during the road resurfacing works so we are taking immediate action to repair it and make it safe.

    "The resurfacing work for the High Street will then continue a planned.

    Traffic delays are to be expected in the area and it is currently unknown how long the repairs are scheduled to take.
