Popular Indian restaurant donates 150 meals to MK Hospital's Cancer Centre

The Grange, based in Grange Farm, donated 150 free meals to the Cancer Centre at Milton Keynes Hospital today (21/4).

Workers at Milton Keynes Hospital's newly opened Cancer Centre took to social media to thank the local restaurant for their generosity. One MK local added that he remembered receiving a curry from The Grange when working on the cancer ward at the hospital eight years ago.

"It is our way of saying thank you for your courageous spirit, resilience and strength," said The Grange on a Facebook post. "We appreciate all the work that you are doing during this time.

"We would also like to thank Andy Marshall from Marine Cargo for volunteering to deliver the meals for us, we would not have been able to do it without you."

The Grange often hosts charity events and, over the years, has raised thousands of pounds for various charities.
