Andrew was last seen at 10.20am on December 6 at his address in Stony Stratford.
He is described as a white male, 47 years old, around 6ft 2-3, stocky build with fairly long black hair (ear length) and unshaven beard/moustache.
Andrew is known to frequent Campbell Park and Stony Stratford.
