You might have seen police present in Downs Barn today, police have reassured the public that there is no risk to them.

Police have been carrying out a drugs warrant today in Downs Barn.

In a post on social media, Thames Valley Police have reassured residents that there is no risk to the public and that searches are now taking place.

A spokesperson wrote on social media: "You might have heard lots of noise and shouting in Downs Barn this morning

"We carried out a drugs warrant earlier today in Cantel Avenue and searches are now taking place.

"There is no risk to the public and we will keep working to take drugs off the streets of Milton Keynes."
