Police appeal for witnesses following incident at Wycombe vs MK Dons game

    Thames Valley Police is appealing for information following an incident at the Wycombe vs MK Dons football game on Saturday (29/1).

    The match was temporarily halted following an allegation of offensive chanting.

    An investigation has been launched and work is taking place to identify witnesses.

    No arrests have been made at this point in the investigation.

    Chief Inspector Graham Hadley, of Thames Valley Police, said: “We are appealing to anyone who was at the football game on Saturday and may be able to help us in our investigations.

    “Offensive chanting of any type is unacceptable and will not be tolerated.

    “I’d be particularly keen to hear from anyone who has mobile phone footage to please check this and contact us if it has captured anything that can assist the investigation.
