Plans submitted to demolish Milton Keynes Burger King and replace with 136 flats

Plans to demolish a Burger King Restaurant and Drive Thru in Bletchley and replace it with flats have been submitted to Milton Keynes Council.

The site, located on Saxon Street/Princes Way, would be completely demolished before work took place to create the new residential development.

Flats on the site would be a mix of one, two and three bedroom flats and there would also be two commercial units on the ground floor.

52 parking spaces will be included in the plans as well as cycle parking provision.

The nearest alternative Burger King for Bletchley would be at The Centre MK or near Milton Keynes Rail Station.

Council officials and councillors will now consider the plans and provide a decision in due course.
