A planning application for a new McDonalds restaurant and drive-thru along with a new petrol filling station in Olney has been submitted.
The new restaurant and filling station would replace the existing BP Garage at the Warrington Toll Bar Roundabout. The restaurant is proposed to be 407sqm and come with a drive thru and various order points.
Meanwhile, the new filling station will have a 344sqm shop as well as various canopies across the proposed new site.
Permission to create a play area has also been applied for, along with additional car parking and repositioning of the existing petrol pumps.
The application will now be considered by Milton Keynes Council.
