The MK Midnight Moo walk is back on Saturday 15th July raising vital funds for Willen Hospice.
MK Midnight Moo is a ladies only midnight walk that takes place across ten miles of redways to raise funds to support the end-of-life care provided by Willen Hospice. This year’s Moo takes place on Saturday 15th July, once again starting and finishing at intu Milton Keynes.
Every year the MK Midnight Moo has a different theme, and to celebrate MK 50 the theme for 2017 is gold! There will be lots of surprises for participants, including golden tickets and special offers for 50 year olds.
Since launching in 2009, the fundraising walk has raised over £900,000 to support Hospice care in Milton Keynes and the surrounding areas. The team at Willen hope this will be the year that the total fundraising for Midnight Moo since launch hits over £1,000,000.
Willen Hospice needs to raise £3.6 million every year to continue to provide specialist care to its patients and their loved ones – that works out at around £7 per minute! Taking part in MK Midnight Moo is an incredible way to support the specialist care provided by Willen Hospice.
