MK Dons suspends Season Ticket direct-debit payments for October

MK Dons will be suspending direct-debit Season Ticket payments for October while the Club works through a number of options to provide value for their loyal supporters.

For as long as supporters are unable to return to Stadium MK, there will be a significant financial strain on MK Dons and therefore our Season Ticket income is crucial for the sustainability of the Football Club.

However, we believe it is only right for us to suspend Season Ticket payments until we can provide certainty on what the future holds for our Season Ticket holders, who have remained loyal to the Club throughout this unprecedented crisis.

The Club has been working hard to finalise options for Season Ticket holders, which we believe will maintain the value of their Season Ticket while matches take place behind closed doors, but these options still require approval from relevant third parties.

We hope to be able to provide clarity in the coming days and will keep supporters updated via the official channels.

To confirm, all Season Ticket holders who pay by direct debit will not have their payment taken on Thursday 1 October but will still retain all of their benefits, including a FREE access code to watch this weekend’s Sky Bet League One clash with Ipswich Town on iFollow MK Dons. These access codes have been sent today via email. Please check your junk email if this does not immediately appear. If you do not receive your email by 9am on Tuesday, please call the Box Office on 01908 622922.

We must also recognise those Season Ticket holders who have paid for their 2020/21 Season Ticket in full and we will be in touch within the next fortnight with further information on the options available to you - this will be as soon as we have clarity and the go-ahead from all the external parties concerned.

MK Dons would like to thank all our Season Ticket holders, partners and sponsors for their continued and unwavering support of the Football Club during this deeply troubling time. Your support is sincerely appreciated by each and every one of us, and we remain determined to do our best for you as we move forward together.
