The 2022/23 Sky Bet League One fixtures have been released this morning (23/6).
MK Dons are set to begin the Sky Bet League One campaign away at Cambridge United. You can read the full fixture below.
Following the Dons third-placed finish last season, Head Coach Liam Manning has stated that the focus for his MK Dons side is again to 'finish as high as they can'.
In his first press conference of the new season, Manning said: "We’ll set targets internally but it’s not as easy to see to say ‘this is the target’ right now, especially when you are transitioning a team like we will be doing.
“You just have to look at some of the resources in this division – there are some big teams and we have to be honest and have self awareness of that and realise what we are up against.
“But then it’s about how can we still be successful and that’s with smart recruitment and by creating a culture that allows us to develop players. It’s a new season and a fresh start and we’ll be working with intensity and focus to finish as high as we can.”
